If you don't know your size, **measure the internal diameter** of a ring you usually wear or download our guide and check the sizes below.

**Example:** If, for example, your ring's internal diameter is 16.56 mm, the corresponding size would be a 52. If the internal diameter falls halfway between two sizes, select the larger one.
